Ben Snell

As a Fully qualified Personal Trainer, my passion has always been helping people achieve their dream body and guiding people towards a healthier and happier lifestyle. Over the years I have helped hundreds of clients unlock their potential with my unique style of training using proven methods to guarantee results there is nothing that will stop you from achieving your dream body. As a trainer, I love functional fitness as well as traditional exercise methods like strength and conditioning and HIIT training.  Whatever your goal or your ideal body shape you can rest assured I have come across it before. 

My goal is to make you the healthiest, fittest & leanest version of yourself and to totally transform your body in to and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
